We’ve found the block, and now it’s time for the DIY build to begin.

As first time owner builders it’s not going to be easy, there are sure to be some struggles and some arguments, some laughs, sweat and tears.

But at the end of the day, it’ll all be worth it…when we can finally call that block a home!

Project 1 complete - beautiful driveway achieved...time to take a well earned break.

Progress on the block took a back seat to an upcoming wedding and Fiji honeymoon.






At least we knew that once the wedding was over, and we returned from our O.S trip, there was still something to look forward to - building our dream home!

If we thought the driveway was hard - we had another thing coming.
